No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date.

Cancellations made between 8 to 15 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund, minus any convenience fees.
III. Convenience Fees
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable convenience fee, which is charged at the time of booking.

V. No Shows
If you fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, it will be considered as a 'No Show', and no refunds will be given.
